Telepathy’s are built to last and put a smile on your face again and again. We build ‘em to go big, and don’t expect you will have any issues, but if you do, reach out and we will take care of you. Our goal is always to keep you rolling. If something isn’t right, we will make it right. Our official policy is below, but don’t hesitate to reach out for any reason.
- If you are not 100% satisfied, return for a refund in the first 30 days after shipment (like new condition).*
- 4 year limited frame warranty- Covers all frame failures from defects in materials and workmanship. Does not include aesthetic/ paint damage, corrosion, improper use / improper maintenance / improper assembly. Does not cover components - please see component companies' own warranties. Telepathy will repair or replace at its discretion. This may or may not require sending in your frame.
- Customer covers shipping to Telepathy Bikes, we will cover shipping back to you.
